I am still in awe of what Julia does and how much this program has impacted my life. Truly a gift that keeps giving, way beyond the natural conception and birth of my child at 44 years old. A healthy and thriving baby girl despite years of failed IUI and IVF treatments. Despite many doctors, including a very famous fertility doctor, who told me that donor eggs were my ONLY option with my low AMH, high FSH and advanced maternal age.
I know this program paved the way for me to meet my baby and be who I am today. When I joined, I was skeptical and thought I could never be a success story. But here I am. I will always be eternally grateful that I gave the fertile heart program a chance. I ended up with so much in addition to my baby, the gift of learning that I have the ability to co-create the fulfilling joyous human life I once to set out to live.
From the first session, when Julia said don’t be so consumed with taking notes. See if you can just sit and be present. I knew that this program was different. It was raw and real and exactly what I truly needed, even if I didn’t recognize it at the time. I was just going through the motions, broken and exhausted. My body was clenched and I didn’t want to know the truth. I was scared, angry and afraid of the past. Julia beautifully guided me to lean into my “triggers” that there is wisdom there. Julia picked up on subtle cues and nudged me towards the insight and enlightenment that only I could unlock within myself. Julia recognized I wasn’t fully prioritizing this practice along with self care, eating and sleeping well, long before I realized this on my own. I was so bruised and disheartened from my past failures, I was holding myself back without even knowing it. She is truly gifted at what she does.
I am so grateful everyday for the beautiful baby that I hold in my arms and how lucky I am to be her mother. But I am also so grateful for Julia, her books and the Fertile Heart program. I cannot thank her enough for teaching me how to meet my baby halfway. And for what has been awakened inside of me. Without recognizing my deepest orphans I wouldn’t have been able to see my beautiful visionary who is rooted in my own wise truth. She is nourished and knows she is in a perfect place at a perfect time.
Just as Julia says, there are no failed experiments. For anyone thinking of joining this program please know you are not alone. And you don’t have to hold it all inside. Someone is listening. And that someone is Julia. You are in the best hands. She will guide you down your special path, a journey that is singularly yours.

I am writing to share that I am pregnant! This baby is a miracle for us. I turned 44 in May and have experienced 3 miscarriages prior to this pregnancy. We went through 3 failed IVF cycles.
This will be our first child. I wanted to thank you, Julia, for your books, the workshop and the phone circle. I think that all of it had a cumulative effect in helping me create this baby.
The workshop in particular really helped me to not give up and to believe that my “assignment” was to do the work and to believe that I could create a healthy baby. What you wrote in your books, talked about in the workshop and phone circle were like medicine for me. Anna H. – Pregnant with Twins Conceived Naturally after a Failed IVF at 43
Dearest Julia,
On October 31, I received the results from a pregnancy blood test, indicating that I am pregnant!!! It is quite early, but, the results were positive. I do not know the actual level of HCG, but I have an initial appointment with my ob/gyn…With sheer love, respect, and gratitude, I share this news with you. I am profoundly thankful for your teaching, your loving wisdom and voice — you illuminate so much for me, for all women and men.
Joy, wonder and gratitude course through my veins — causing me to feel a bit dazed! I phoned you yesterday and left a message — forgive me for taking up space there, but I simply had to share the news with my spoken voice. Thank you!!!
I have registered and would like to participate in the Circle that begins tomorrow as I continue my Imagery and Body Truth Practice — and all of your beautiful tools. I have much to do in our birthing work, meeting my child, having a healthy pregnancy and birth, creating a child-friendly environment, earth — and of course being an activist in our Fertile Heart sharing!!! I will join you in this, with all of my heart!! (Soon after this note, Anna found our that there were 2 hearts beating in her over-forty-splendidly-fertile body. Anna’s FSH was 22.1 and her AMH was less than .16. )

Dear Julia,
I am thrilled to let you know that our son arrived 2 weeks late naturally into our lives. I can’t even begin to thank you for your support and inspiration. I had 2 failed IVF’s. I remember reading Inconceivable in one late night, signing up for Woodstock and attending your workshop and phone circle teleconferences… In January I found out I was pregnant naturally and during those early days remember just doing your Nine Hearts Imagery over and over again even though I was petrified of another failure. I had to dare to dream and visualize him in my arms with a healthy heartbeat. How can I thank you enough? I have even told him during a diaper change at 3 am how I dreamt about him through your imagery CDs.

My way of paying it forward is buying friends I conceivably and encouraging them to come to Woodstock for a workshop and phone circle…I just bought Inconceivable as a gift for a friend in Bombay…Your work is spreading. And then ironically, I was talking to a friend Simran whose docs in NY said can’t have children due to her high FSH and she has had 2 handsome boys with my friend in Bombay…she attended your workshop with her first husband in Woodstock 8 years ago. Your work is spreading beyond the US and America to the Indian subcontinent. Go Julia!

Dear Julia, I have been meaning to write you to tell you that I became pregnant in January (how time flies!) at age 43 and after more than 2 1/2 years of trying to conceive and dealing with secondary infertility, blood clotting, and miscarriages. I now have a very healthy 16 month old boy. I attended your workshop… and I joined some of your phone calls as well… There is no doubt in my mind that these visualizations and other ideas and beliefs in your books and workshop helped me to conceive the gorgeous little boy I now have. By the time I read your books I had six failed IVF’s and a number of miscarriages.
With every miscarriage my desperation was increasing to unbearable levels. Since the medical community offered me very little options I knew that I was going to have to make something change inside of me, but I had no idea how to do that. I’ve been in therapy for years and tried every alternative treatment but I was still stuck. The Fertile Heart tools, the workshops and your books opened a whole new way of thinking and feeling about this journey. They taught me how to gradually become my own Ultimate Mom. I don’t think that our miracle baby, Isabella, would be here today without the work I have done with you and Fertile Heart. I became a first time mom at 42 after being told I would never have a biological child.

Just writing you a quick note to share the PHENOMENAL news: I am 7 months pregnant… and I’m due May 2!!! We are having a baby boy and to quote you in your Inconceivable book, I’m having an “uneventful” pregnancy at 42 and we conceived ON OUR OWN!! After being told my AMH was too low and my FSH was too high. My love and gratitude for your support and love and for teaching me SO much about my body and my spirit… and I will never forget when you looked at me in your workshop in Woodstock and said, “Ronda, WHEN you’re a mother… NOT IF!”

It is with much joy in my heart that I write this email that has been a long time in coming and for that I apologize, but my life went a bit topsy turvy over the past year.
I would dream of writing an email like this to you one day and still cannot believe I actually get to! I want to thank you for sharing your journey and encouraging me to believe in that voice deep inside.
After having read both Inconceivable and The Fertile Female in September I called regarding information about your workshops. Much to my surprise you answered the phone. It was so good to talk to you and you encouraged me to attend the next workshop in mid-September. You may recall that we had just had a hurricane and were without electricity. I was literally in the midst of getting ready to move from Baltimore to Singapore at the end of September but I knew I had to come. So, on a beautiful weekend in the middle of September I drove 5 hours from Baltimore toWoodstock.
Your workshop was inspirational, encouraging, and it reinforced the difficult decision I had made to walk away from IVF.
I had agonized for months trying to decide if I should move forward with IVF but something inside me kept saying it was not the right path to the point that it was even affecting me physically. So I walked away and decided to just trust.
Although I made that decision at end of May, I will admit that until I read your books a part of me still questioned if I had done the right thing because i so desparately wanted to be a Mom. Your workshop helped me feel even more grounded with my decision. I drove back toBaltimorethat night with a renewed sense of hope that no matter what I would be ok — whether I had a biological child, adopted a child, or no child.
Two weeks later I boarded a plane and moved overseas. I landed in Singapore on October 1 and much to my surprise found out I was pregnant on Nov 5th!
I guess stress was not a factor in my case because I was definitely under a lot of stress moving 10,000 miles away with my husband travelling every other week. We were living in a hotel, I had no doctor, and I had not switched my health insurance to overseas. My life was surreal and I couldn’t believe I was actually pregnant-plus I had another 35 weeks to go! I had been practicing the Fertile Heart tools since the summer when I read your books and continued to do so when I was pregnant.
I am happy to say that I had an uneventful pregnancy and even flew back to the UStwice – once at 3 months and once at 5 months to visit family and friends. My daughter, was born in Singaporeon June 29th, at 6:29 pm and weighed a healthy 7lb 9oz. I conceived naturally and was a few days shy of my 44 1/2 birthday when she was born. I am still in awe that I gave birth to her and thank God everyday. Thank you for your inspiration and your encouragement to listen to that inner voice.

It’s official! I’m at 1030 HCG! I’ve NEVER been pregnant before so it’s a total first at 43!
I did the visualizations from the Fertile Heart Imagery CD’s. I am so excited to keep on doing everything!
Thank you for encouraging me to attend the workshop the second time and also with my husband. As you know we conceived a few weeks after attending the second workshop. Second time for me and first for my husband. I realized afterward that I was doing the work but wasn’t fully committed to what I wanted and to myself. Now, I get to do my next chapter of Fertile Heart. I’m not going anywhere now that I am pregnant.
I need you and Fertile Heart community and the work way too much. Julia, thank you for giving me the gift of your knowledge and heart and generosity and humanity!!!. I am carrying that with me!

Dear Julia, I attended your weekend session and was inspired by your words. You said we all have a Journey to undergo. I accepted that statement and believed that no matter the outcome I will go through this journey a better person. After six miscarriages in five years I finally conceived on my own at the age of 43 and delivered a beautiful healthy baby boy at age 44 on Feb 7 this year. Of course I tried different holistic methods that I believe helped but my detachment from the outcome I believe helped me relax. This work not only helped me conceive, but changed the way I live my life and practice medicine. Thank you Julia. Two years ago today I took Julia’s workshop through the Learning Annex. It was Saint Patrick’s day and my friend Alice and I went. We sat in the first row and I was so moved and inspired by Julia and her experience that I decided to join her Fertile Heart Circle Meetings in New York city. I now have a son Alejandro who is 2 months old today. I know my meeting Julia and her work was a huge contribution to my getting pregnant naturally at age 43 and giving birth 3 days before my 44th birthday. I strongly encourage anyone interested in getting pregnant or “giving birth” to whatever that may be to take Julia’s workshop. I am forwarding Julia’s information to the women in my life.

I wanted to write and briefly tell my story. All my life, I longed to have a baby. I got married at age 39, and wondered if I was “too old” to make my dream a reality. I was elated when I conceived naturally after six months of trying. Unfortunately, I miscarried in my fifth week. We began trying again, only to conceive again six months later, and again, miscarry in the fifth week. I was devastated. I was now over forty years old, and all the books and articles that I read did not have an optimistic tone at all. It was terribly discouraging. It was then that I heard about Julia and her work, and was intrigued. Julia held a talk in a local library, and I attended. I thought it was most empowering, and I began to really explore some of my feelings on the subject more deeply, doing research, and I began to employ many of her concepts and really take them to heart into my daily life. I also attended a workshop, she gave at the time in NY, through the Learning Annex. Well, exactly six months later, I conceived yet again, at age 41—only, this time, the outcome was far different! I enjoyed a perfect pregnancy, and gave birth to a healthy and beautiful little girl named Carina in August. Julia’s work is phenomenal!
