Supporting Our Clients on Their Journey toward Parenthood: A Workshop for Mental Health Practitioners:
An Introduction to the Fertile Heart OVUM Program
with Author Julia Indichova
“It’s nice to read a medical story with a happy ending. It’s even nicer when we learn something useful from it for our own lives. So it is with Julia Indichova’s mindful journey described in Inconceivable.”
—Ellen Langer, PhD, Professor of Psychology Harvard Medical School, author of Mindfulness.
Delayed pregnancy (aka infertility) is one of the most heart wrenching challenges a woman or couple can face. For the last two decades the Fertile Heart OVUM Program has inspired clients to engage fully in their own healing, reduce the need for unnecessary treatments and seize the singular opportunity for healing that comes with this life crisis.
“Cultures change, evolve, and heal because of the courage of individuals. Julia Indichova is one of those individuals. Let her be an inspiration for you for how to trust yourself, heal yourself, and reconnect with the wonder of your body and all of its possibilities.”
—Christiane Northrup, M.D.,NYT bestselling author of Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom
The Supporting Our Clients on their Fertility Journey Zoom Event intends to –

- Present case histories of women and couples that validate the immense value of mental health support to facilitate the likelihood of spontaneous pregnancy or affect treatment outcome when using assisted reproductive technologies
- Explore the effect of the misleading notion of “stress reduction” in the context of delayed pregnancy
- Provide the growing global Fertile Heart community of women and couples with a network of mental health practitioners who are familiar with the language and philosophy of the Fertile Heart program.
