I managed to unblock my right fallopian tube last year. I had a laparoscopy with dye test in January 2009 and the right tube was found to be blocked. But they were not able to tell me where so I was not entirely sure what I was dealing with. I also have moderate to severe endometriosis.
I had Maya Abdominal Massage once a month from about April. I also self massaged through my cycle all bar my period. I was taking Chinese herbs and having acupuncture anyway and both practitioners added protocols that are said to help unblocked blocked tubes. I had been told that reflexology can help so I had one treatment from someone I see for reiki and she described feeling like gravel or stones in my tube by pressing that area on my foot. A friend who is a reflexologist then gave me 2 more treatments. She asked me not to tell her which tube was blocked and detected the correct one describing the same gravel feeling. Then a month later she couldn't feel anything wrong.
I kept up and still do the massage, herbs and acupuncture. By the autumn I had been referred for IVF and they wanted to do an HSG. I had it in December and the tube was clear!
I assume that you are in the US (I am in Wales), there is another intensive massage option that you could look at which is only available at a US clinic. I'll need to look it up for you - its recommended by Christiane Northrup - but I am running late for work so I'll do that later.
There's also a UK website that recommends an expensive kit of herbs with a massage programme. It has a free info email service which is quite helpful but I never bought the kit because I was already doing half of it at a much lower cost.
You could also have micro surgery and I met a surgeon (Stuart Lavery, head of IVF Hammersmith in London) who could have done that. There are others here in the UK too so there must be in the US as well (however of course I could have that surgery for free here in the UK albeit after a wait). He says you must do everything to restore your fertility BEFORE IVF. Its a very rare view in his circles and one I hope we will hear more in the coming years ahead as IVF is not the only answer.
Oh yes I also visualized my tubes clear and this was before I started the Fertile Heart practice.
I know its hard to keep the faith but unblocking tubes naturally really is possible. No one could have been more surprised than me when my tube was declared clear mind you, but I KNOW it can be done.
