Fertile Heart Imagery
The Fertile Heart ™ Ovum way of working with images is specific and quite different from the kind of visualizations that ask you to lie back, relax, and listen for at times as long as a half hour. The former certainly has its own merits. The Ovum approach uses an image as a powerful remedy similar to a minute dosage of a homeopathic compound which introduces a new element into your consciousness, and creates visible, palpable, physiological changes.

Mirror of Truth
Intention: To Imprint a Body-Image that serves you and gently let go of any Orphan-rooted images imprinted by statisticians.
See, feel and sense yourself standing in front of full length mirror.
In the mirror see a reflection of yourself created by statisticians, and people who have an interest in co-creating a fear based view of who you are.
Breathe out once.
Take a piece of soft silk cloth and gently wipe this image off the Mirror of Truth.
With the next breath invite an image of yourself as seen through the eyes of the Ultimate Mom and the Visionary within you.
See sense and feel a reflection of your vibrant radiant body, your face glowing with the inner light of inspiration and the excitement of living each moment as an act of creation.
Breathe out gently through your mouth and open your eyes.
